Guest guest Posted April 21, 2007 Report Share Posted April 21, 2007 Warm Blueberry Sauce with Cardamom 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flour pinch of salt 1 cup of water 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 cup blueberries 1/2 tablespoon butter 1/4 teaspoon cardamom and cinnamon too In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, water, salt, and lemon juice. Cook until mixture thickens slightly. Add the blueberries and cook over moderate heat, stirring for one minute. Remove from heat, add butter, and stir until melted. Add cardamom and cinnamon and stir. Spoon sauce over anything. We gotta stop smokin', stop, stop.
