Guest guest Posted April 23, 2007 Report Share Posted April 23, 2007 3 cups sliced zucchini 1 cup shelled fresh peas 1/4 cup thinly slcied carrots 1/2 cup sliced celery 1 medium onion, sliced 1/4 teaspoon dill weed 2 1/2 cups veggie broth 1 chopped hard cooked egg or dairy sour cream Salt & pepper to taste In large sauce pan combine zucchini,peas,celery,carrots,onion,garlic,dill weed, and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and cover 15-20 minutes. Puree all untill very smooth. Garnish with sour cream or egg. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
