Vanilla soy milk, preferably Trader Joes!

Silk soy yogurt in peach and key lime flavors

Tofutti cheese slices (American or Mozzarella -- it doesn't matter)

Homemade seitan (I use the recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance)

Kale

Shoyu or Tamari

Bloody Mary mix and vegan worchester sauce (!)

Umm...milk, eggs, ww bread, tofu, morningstar gardenburgers (yum!) and

sugar free popsicles. Oh! And I can't forget cheese, in every way shape

and form! I can live for weeks on those things!

Let's see... Ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, tea, and apples. If

my mom was writing this, she would probably have lettuce in place of the

apples and onions in place of the tea. My parents are addicted to salads

lately. I'm still partial to the ones I get in restaurants. It's just

something about a difference in the dressing's flavor.

QQTW - April 21 -28 - What are the 5-7 most

important things in your refrigerator?

Hi Everyone,

Time for our Question of the week. It comes from Mark.

What are your 5-7 most important things you keep in your refrigerator?

Thanks Mark for a great question. I'm sure all of you have staples that

you consider essentials and we'd love to hear what they are.

We both look forward to your answers.

OK, my interpretation of the word " important " in this question

is the foodstuff in my fridge that I partake of DAILY. These

would be: greens (kale and collards), cauliflower, zucchini,

red wine, pomegranate juice extract, homemade soy yogurt, and

flaxseeds (actually in the freezer).
