Guest guest
I will cook it up for coworkers, give it to the soup kitchen by my house, my nephew Mo and his buddies will eat almost anything so they will usually take it, or Ifind someone that can use it. I NEVER waste either. There is always someone who will gladly take it. Guest guest
I freecycle things that I buy and won't eat. There is always someone out there who wants it. Katie I'm lucky - I have a 16 year old who eats just about anything. He's only vegetarian at home so things I can't eat (except for Hot & Sour Soup mix) he will usually take care of for me. Otherwise, it ends up getting thrown out. On Behalf Of Yummy For Dogs Wednesday, April 25, 2007 1:59 PM What do you do with " oopses " Scott accidentally bought veggie " sausage " patties that weren't vegan and it got me wondering, what does everyone do when they accidentally buy a product with ingredients you don't eat? Especially, perishables that can't go to a canned food drive. Just curious! Guest guest
I would leave stuff like that in my office fridge with a note saying that anyone was welcome to it. - Smurfette Wednesday, April 25, 2007 6:53 PM Re: What do you do with " oopses " Offer it to a neighbor or a friend, or take to work for a co-worer. never waste! --- Yummy For Dogs <dogchef wrote: > Scott accidentally bought veggie " sausage " > patties that weren't vegan and > it got me wondering, what does everyone do when > they accidentally buy a > product with ingredients you don't eat? > Especially, perishables that can't > go to a canned food drive. > > Just curious! > > Veronica > > ******** > Yummy for Dogs...a fun way to treat your dog > and help rescue animals too! > www.yummyfordogs.org > Veronica Noechel, Trainer, Sylvie's K9 > Solutions...we train to please! > and the canine crew... > Harvey Milk's Revco Ubercute Superdog > Hellion's Dump-n-Drive Usagi Tsukino > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been > removed] > >
