Guest guest
I guess I'm of two minds here. I have her book and I've made several recipes from it. My daughter really likes the tofu " fish " sticks (and that recipe is free on her website), but the other recipes I've made have been just OK. (I've made her vegan pie crust, her blended cauliflower soup, and I can't remember what else.) There are some other recipes I've earmarked to try, but haven't yet. I enjoy the book and the ideas I've gotten from there, but I can't rave about the recipes I have tried. Guest guest
thanks for your honesty Sharon. I love her blog to see her combos for the lunchbox but don't know if I want to spend the money. Guest guest
While I've always had great respect and admiration for her creativity and presentation, and always checked in for the lunch menu of the day, I have often thought that unless you are raised eating that way from day one not many kids (vegan or otherwise) would enjoy a lot of those lunches. Just my .02. TM There are some other recipes I've earmarked to try, but haven't yet.
