I would like to buy her cookbook but the couple recipes I have tried from her

website didnt come out right. I know several of you have her book how are the

recipes for your tastes?

I guess I'm of two minds here. I have her book and I've made several

recipes from it. My daughter really likes the tofu " fish " sticks (and

that recipe is free on her website), but the other recipes I've made

have been just OK. (I've made her vegan pie crust, her blended

cauliflower soup, and I can't remember what else.)

There are some other recipes I've earmarked to try, but haven't yet. I

enjoy the book and the ideas I've gotten from there, but I can't rave

about the recipes I have tried.

thanks for your honesty Sharon. I love her blog to see her combos for the

lunchbox but don't know if I want to spend the money.

While I've always had great respect and admiration for her creativity and

presentation, and always checked in for the lunch menu of the day, I have often

thought that unless you are raised eating that way from day one not many kids

(vegan or otherwise) would enjoy a lot of those lunches. Just my .02.
