Donna,

I use the frozen already prepared bags so I think it is 2 cups.

This is a definite keeper...very yummy. Made it tonight and tweaked

it a bit...here is my version...I think next time I may add some sort

of green veggie...

Stephanie :)

Potato Sausage Casserole

2 Cups soy sausage (I just crumbled the patties)

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup of plain rice milk

1 large onion finely chopped

7 cubed red potatoes with skins

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

garlic salt

pepper

italian seasoning

1. Preheat the Oven to 350

2. Place the potatoes, sausage, soup, onions, seasonings and rice

milk in a 9x13 pan and mix well.

3. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender

4. Top with cheese

5. Bake uncovered 10 minutes
