Nava Atlas has a wonderful four grain tomato soup recipe that uses

1/4-cup of millet. Just holler if you'd like me to post the recipe.

:^) I also love AJ's overnight crockpot cereal that Sharon was kind

enough to point me to a while back (1/2-cup millet in combination with

other grains). Donna's suggestion of toasting millet before steaming it

is now one of our favorite ways to have grains (sometimes by itself,

sometimes with quinoa). And, on a more decadent note, there's a vegan

" cheesecake " filling in Jo Stepaniak's " The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook "

that uses millet as the base that I posted a while back and would be

happy to post again if you want :)

Peace,

Maureen

I have a Millet Muffin in the recipe files here. It is really good. You just

put those whole dry millet beads in it and they add a nice crunch to those

mildly sweet muffins.

I also add the dry millet beads to pancake batter, bread dough, etc. because

I love the little crunch it gives to those also.

Enjoy,

Judy
