Does anyone here plan to celebrate National Vegetarian Week? and if so...

What are you planning to do for National Veggie Week? which runs May

21 thru May 27. Any special recipes planned or events to go to or a

family activity outing? just curious about what others plan to do. (if

anything at all)

First I'm hearing of it. Thanks for the heads up.

Now that I know, I'll probably print out some literature

from the web and post it outside my cubicle at work and

maybe make something for the coworkers, telling them why

it's a special occasion (not that I need an excuse).

I think these silly " holidays " are a great way to subtly

educate.
