Guest guest
Here is a great recipe for a sweet treat that is not only easy to make but are a favorite of children of all ages everywhere! Rice Crispy Cakes - Neutral for all blood types.... 2 T. canola oil margarine 1/4 cup brown rice syrup or maple syrup or honey 2 T brown sugar 1/4 tsp. sea salt 3 cups crispy rice cereal... BROWN IS BEST! In a 3-quart saucepan, melt the canola oil margarine, brown rice syrup (or honey...), brown sugar and salt. Add rice ceral all at once and stir to incorporate thoroughly. Immediately press mixture into a flat, rectangular glass container (I use a loaf pan). I then put wax paper over the top of the glass pan and press down the mix. Refridgerate for about 1 hour and then you can cut them and eat them! These are very yummy, easy to make but unlike the kind WITH marshmallows, these must be refridgerated to hold together! Have fun and enjoy! Makes about 16 bars (slices)...
