Kids love these cookies and they can fix them all by themselves.

My kids did.

Plain old graham crackers and your favorite frosting mix any flavor.

Add a little peanut butter to the frosting mix or fill the 'cookies'

with a mixture of peanut butter and honey/jam. My kids loved nut

butters mixed with jelly or preserves. I let them do the mixing and

then spread a thin layer on the graham cracker..Top with the second

cracker and you have a perfect , healthy 'cookie'. We didn't have

gelatin free marshmallow cream when the kids were little or we would

have used that. Layer marshmallow cream and peanut butter for another

great filling.

This is a much better cookie snack for children rather than giving them

store bought sweets.

Of course you did! :)

The marshmallow Fluff of fluffernutter

fame has been around since circa 1920:

My babysitter introduced us to grilled

fluffernutter sandwiches. Such ooey-

gooey, sweet, buttery richness. Mmmm...

Pretty sure, " Fluff " was and still is, having undergone little

in the way of recipe change (though I wonder if the egg whites

are new'ish). If you click on the History section of that site,

it talks about how it was basically just sugar.
