Guest guest
Hi again, My problem is with intense bloating and constipation. After I eat, my stomach is so huge it looks like I'm 9 months pregnant. I'm not kidding, it gets that huge. It is massively uncomfortable. Does this Probiotics help with this? I went to the whole foods store today and each little serving of this stuff is 5.00. Does that sound right? Are the pills less expensive? And honestly, will the pro-biotics work for this condition or does it just work for diarrhea (sp)? Thanks in advance. Guest guest
If the cause of your bloating is an intestinal inbalance, it will work. Pro-biotics I use are capsules and cost about $12 a month to use daily. The good ones are kept chilled I don't know what they were offering you for $5 a serving. Guest guest
The small comtainers from Whole Foods are Bio-K and they are $4.86 this is one serving but you can split it and take 2 dodes, it's a thick liquid. They have dairy free and it tastes like plain yogurt to me. Donna , Katie M <cozycate wrote: > > If the cause of your bloating is an intestinal inbalance, it will work.
