Hi all,

Anyone reading Barbara Kingsglover's new book, Animal, Vegetable, Mineral? (I

think that is how things are spelled, but I don't have it in front of me this

moment.

It's about a year of her family just eating what they could grow (veggies and

fruits) or produce (eggs, meat, cheese) themselves, or what they could buy that

was locally grown/produced.

I'm about 1/2 way through, and loving it! (OK, except for the meat part).

Just wanted to hear if anyone else has started it?

I haven't yet, but I do love Barbara Kingsolver's works. We had to do one

of her books in my college English class, and I loved it.

Hey Libby!

Didn't you just post a recipe from this book? I think you did, because

it made me go order the book. :-) So, it's coming but I don't have it

yet. It sounds great! (By the way, it's called Animal, Vegetable,

Miracle.)
