Guest guest
i would imagine it's a basic vinaigrette. you could just use your favorite dressing. *I* would use a couple of fresh minced garlic cloves, some fresh minced herbs probably basil or oregano, red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive oil. about 3TB vinegar & 1/2c oil. hth. At their deli counter they have a salad (they use many names) that is different colored peppers, onions, Zucchini and yellow squash. It looks like they have been ever so slightly grilled. They are in a very light dressing (marinade?) and that is what I'm looking for, a recipe for the marinade. Hoping someone has it. Thanks. Guest guest
Look in the salad dressing and marinade recipe folder, we have so many. You might check on the ingredients and see what you can find in there. Donna --- Jack Allen <tippy1 wrote: > Here we have Shop-Rite Grocery stores. Guest guest
Beth, Thanks for the reply. The dressing on vegetables that I buy there has no visual spices. That's what has me stumped. - " Beth Renzetti " <elmothree2000 Saturday, May 19, 2007 5:48 PM Re: Shot in The Dark i would imagine it's a basic vinaigrette. you could just use your favorite dressing. *I* would use a couple of fresh minced garlic cloves, some fresh minced herbs probably basil or oregano, red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive oil. about 3TB vinegar & 1/2c oil. hth.
