i would imagine it's a basic vinaigrette. you could just use your favorite

dressing. *I* would use a couple of fresh minced garlic cloves, some fresh

minced herbs probably basil or oregano, red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive

oil. about 3TB vinegar & 1/2c oil. hth. Beth

Look in the salad dressing and marinade recipe folder,

we have so many. You might check on the ingredients

and see what you can find in there.

Thanks for the reply. The dressing on vegetables that I buy there has no

visual spices.

That's what has me stumped.

Hmm. Ask the deli counter people! I'll bet they know. ;) Maybe they're just

marinated in olive oil? let us know when you find out, ok?
