Guest guest
Ok. I am lost! I know I saw a recipe somewhere on the site (and thought I saved it) for a smoothie that had lemon yogurt in it. I bought the yogurt today but now can't find the recipe. Help? If all else fails, I'll just eat the yogurt. It tastes excellent! -Alyssa Version: 7.5.467 / Virus Database: 269.7.7/816 - Release 5/23/2007 3:59 PM
Guest guest
Here is one that AJ sent along with a bunch of other smoothies and shake recipes on March 23, 2006. One of them has lemon yogurt in it and I have copied and pasted it here for you. Watermelon Strawberry Shake 1 8-oz container lemon nonfat yogurt 2 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded 1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced In a blender or food processor, process yogurt, watermelon, strawberries, and banana until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. If this isn't the one, go to messages on our webpage and one the search bar that pops up, type in " lemon yogurt " and 134 messages will pop be there that have yogurt or lemon yogurt mentioned in them. If you type in - lemon yogurt in a smoothie - , then only 6 messages pop up. Hope this helps you find the recipe you were looking for. Guest guest
Thanks Judy! This must be it. I did the search thing, but I got tired of looking through everything, so I quit. I actually do have that one saved, but for some reason I was thinking that the lemon yogurt went with blueberries. I guess I just had a brain freeze. -Alyssa On Behalf Of wwjd Thursday, May 24, 2007 9:39 PM Re: Lemon yogurt in smoothie? Guest guest
You're very welcome. Well I bet this recipe would be great with blueberries added to it. It is very versatile.
