Guest guest
I have cow's milk allergy and lived on all types of allergy medications and stomach meds too until the new doctor ran an allergy test. No dairy, no allergies for me and no medications needed anymore. Same thing with my nephew, his allegy test came back olives and feathers. He stopped olives and tossed his feather pillow and he's medication and allergy free now. My Mother is allergic to soy and she used to eat a lot of the soy burgers and took Claritan which didn't help but about 15%, she had the patch test, no more soy no more allergies for her and she doesn't take allergy medications anymore. Last but not leadt is my other nephew, he's allergy to orange juice and strawberries so I'm a firm believer of allergy tests or the process of elimination with your foods to try and find out what bothers you. Guest guest
My boyfriend is allergic to avocados and they are in his favorite salad dressing, he always ate a slice on his sandwich and would enjoy guacamole. He stopped the avocados and he can breathe and no more hive bumps on his upper arms. The patch tests are worth the time to get done. Guest guest
Hi All, When my kids were little ( 3 and 7) both had dark circles under their eyes all the time. Some one in my younger daughters pre-school said that her kids had that and it was due to a dairy alergy. I took my younger daughter off dairy and within a few days the circles were gone. I then took my older daugher off dairy and her's went away too. Interestingly - the girls are now 30 and 34 and my younger still cannot drink milk without the circles returning but my older can with no problems. It's east to test and if that is what's causing the problem the circles should go away quickly.
