Guest guest
Thanks, Erin. But you're right, its not what I'm looking for. The recipe I'm looking for, the rice kernels are spread (touching) over a jelly roll pan, covered with liquid, baked in a slow oven, until the rice expands and the fluid is absorbe. The result is a sheet of rice cakes. You then slice them up and keep them in a closed container. If I ever find it, I'll pass it on!
