Thanks, Erin. But you're right, its not what I'm

looking for. The recipe I'm looking for, the rice

kernels are spread (touching) over a jelly roll pan,

covered with liquid, baked in a slow oven, until the

rice expands and the fluid is absorbe. The result is a

sheet of rice cakes. You then slice them up and keep

them in a closed container.

 

If I ever find it, I'll pass it on!

ooooh that sound yummy! please make sure you share the recipe if you find it.

maybe we all should be looking for a " rice cake " recipe?
