Guest guest
Hi dj, Welcome How neat you and your daughter are doing this together! The files here are great resources but 2 in particular you might like for this are the Sandwiches folder and the Kids folder. There was recently a post about peanut butter and chopped apple rolled in a tortilla that would be a great lunch item. Also this website is good: http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com/ She had lots of great lunchbox ideas. Once you two start running with ideas I'm sure you'll come up with great new ones too which we'll enjoy seeing Peace, Diane , " Dj Evans " <rsrsbabe420 wrote: > > hi all. > > my daughter and i are just starting out. she is 11. does anyone have any great tips/ideas for taking lunches to school? Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I have just joined your group in hopes of finding ideas for meals. I really dislike the drudgery of coming up with a good vegetarian meal every night so I thought this might be a good place to pick up some ideas. I am working on changing my diet to vegetarian but my husband and daughter are still omnivores. They don't mind me cooking all the meals at home as vegetarian, though. Thanks for letting me join, Rebecca
Guest guest
Rebecca, welcome to the list. If you will go to the main page in Groups and click on files, then click on recipes, you will find a multitude of recipes to make your eating decisions from. They are terrific. Guest guest
Thanks bunches. I already have tons of recipes - not that I won't be looking through the files here. What I am looking for are ideas for the entire meal or maybe even some ideas on a weekly menu so I don't have to search my tired brain at the end of the day for something to fix. You know, already have the week planned out so I know what to start as soon as I get home from work. Thanks, Rebecca Mobile, AL --- Marilyn Daub <mcdaub wrote: > Rebecca, welcome to the list. Guest guest
A few weeks ago, many of the rs sent in weekly menus, and I think they were going to set some up in the database. You might check that. And the old messages!! Marilyn Daub mcdaub Vanceburg, KY My Cats Knead Me!! - R.S. Hyre Wednesday, June 06, 2007 4:03 PM Re: Just starting out Thanks bunches. Guest guest
In the recipe files, there's one called Menu Ideas that's got most of those great menus everyone sent in. Always looking for more menus too Peace, Diane , " Marilyn Daub " <mcdaub wrote: > > A few weeks ago, many of the rs sent in weekly menus, and I think > they were going to set some up in the database.
