I really hate to say this because I like the dessert recipes that I tried

from Vegan with a Vengeance. I just didn't' like this meal. It was my

second try at Seitan. I've tried it baked and on top of the stove. I just

don't like it Not the taste or the texture. As for the chili, I didn't

care for the cinnamon, chocolate combination. I much prefer a savory chili

over this sweet, spice combination. I will try other recipes in the book.

I have found a new Seitan recipe to try also.
