Guest guest
Falafel is something I have never made however I do like to order it out. There are a couple of restaraunts near me that make the best falafel. Guest guest
I haven't tried that one. The best one I've come across is from The Moosewood Cookbook (the original one). The only change I've made to it is that I bake the falafel instead of fry it. It's surprising how moist they stay on the inside that way too. It's got the best and simplest recipe for tahini sauce too. I've never had it before. I'm using the falafel recipe from American Wholefoods Cuisine cookbook by Nikki and David Goldbeck. Have you tried that one yet? Guest guest
I don't like them either, but is has something to do with eating simply one too many when I was in grad school (Bongo burger, they were cheap!).....I cannot eat falafels anymore. Besides, they are fried and not worth the calories to me now, unless I am really hungry.... , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > No I haven't and please don't let me discourage you. > I just can't stand the taste of falafel and I know > almost everyone else loves it. > Donna > > --- Melanie Murry <melanie.murry wrote: > > > Oh no!
