I don't like being picked at so I'm not going to be an in your face vegetarian to non-vegetarians. Live and let live, you will see better acceptance by being kind, answering questions and always take a delicious dish to potlucks, buffets, parties and the non-vegetarians will always eat your food and usually ask for the recipe and they often become curious and will have plenty of questions for you.
