Guest guest
How do you know that it's raw if it comes in a soft drink can? That seems a little odd to me. I enjoy opening the coconuts now that I have a heavy cleaver. They open like a charm! -Heather/starrrie Ron Koenig <ron.koenig wrote: I came across a product at Whole Foods called " Conconut Juice With Pulp. " It is the coconut water that you get when opening up a young coconut. It comes in a soft drink-type looking can that holds 17.5 fl oz. It is unsweetened, with no preservatives added. It is a product of Thailand, and does not say organic. It is quite tastey, but pricey at $1.79, but you don't have to work over a coconut to get this. Guest guest
I would have to contact the distributor who would contact the supplier to find that out for sure. I don't see why it would need to be heated, but you never know. Ron RawSeattle , Heather Andersen <starrrie333> wrote: > How do you know that it's raw if it comes in a soft drink can? Guest guest
If it's in a can, I suspect it's probably pasteurized. Jeff > It comes in a soft drink-type looking can that holds 17.5 > fl oz.

Guest guest
I thought there was only 1/2 can of sweet potato used in which case use the rest to make sweet potato pancakes or patties. But, since it is coconut juice I think you should freeze it for another day. Luanne
Guest guest
Make smoothie with it. Also remember that coconut is an essential fat so drinking it will not harm you.
