Spinach Patties 2 cups chopped fresh or frozen spinach If frozen spinach is used let thaw. Season spinach with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Firmly press spinach into patties and coat with finly crushed cracker crumbs, massa,corn meal or flour. Use a spatula to lift the pattie from the work surface. I flour the cutting board first with masa before placing the pattie on it. Skillet brown in a small amount of cooking oil. Turning once.
