Guest guest
Yay Sharon! Spread the truth! All the doctors I've ever seen have little to no education in nutrition or vitamin supplements. They know how to test for deficiencies, but not how to eat to address those deficiencies. Dietitians and nutritionists are the experts on that subject.... as long as they are keeping up with the latest dietary information though. I've met a couple who don't. They get a degree and give up after that. I've found that vegetarian dietitians are far more up-to-date and knowledgeable on all aspects of nutrition than omnivore dietitians.
