Popcorn, in my opinion is the perfect snack food. It is inexpensive

and you can now find organic. I use a hot air popper and as the

popcorn comes out I lightly spray it with organic olive oil. You can

now buy flavored spray but I prefer to sprinkle on garlic powder,

onion powder or just plain sea salt.

Chili powder is great too.

Pop corn balls are a real treat and easy to make.

Here is a fail safe easy recipe for the 'candy' to make pop corn

balls.

1 cube margarine

1 cup sugar

1 cup white corn syrup

Bring all 3 ingredients to a slow boil and cook until soft ball stage

for a somewhat chewy texture.

Pour over a large pan of pre-popped corn and form into balls.

Hi Nicole - You can order Bragg's right from their website and have it

shipped right to your front door, and it's usally less than in the

grocery stores. You can get a gallon for like $23.50 and a 32oz bottle

is I think around $6.45 their website: http://www.bragg.com

And, you really can splash it on just about everything too!

Are you in Katy? I have a sister there.
