You could make sangria with it. All the fruit and other flavors would

cover up the bitterness. I got this recipe off AllRecipes and

everyone loved it! My notes/changes are in ( ).

Yields: 32 servings

" A wonderful punch made with white wine, mango and orange slices.

Peach schnapps, cognac and ginger ale round out this summer party drink. "

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup peach schnapps

1/2 cup cognac

1/4 cup white sugar (I used way less - the fruit & soda were sweet enough)

4 oranges, sliced into thin rounds

(for a zingy optional, add 1 thinly sliced lime as well, very pretty)

2 ripe mangos, peeled and sliced

4 (750 milliliter) bottles dry

white wine, chilled

1 liter ginger ale, chilled

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a pitcher, combine peach schnapps, cognac, sugar, sliced

oranges and sliced mangos. Chill for at least an hour.

2. Pour fruit mixture into a large punch bowl. Stir in white wine and

ginger ale.

You must need a HUGE bowl to make this in! It sounds good, but I'd

have to leave out the mangos, I'm mildly alergic to them. This is a

definate possibility if I don't use the wine for cooking :)

My friend mixed it out into 4 pitchers and it worked great. Which was

good because no way I have a bowl that big lol. I bet you could sub

peach slices in for the mango and it would be delicious. :)

Enjoy ;)
