FWIW.....

 

I have reheated tofu for YEARS with never a problem! And my kids will do the

same thing.

 

Whether I make a tofu dish and have leftovers or we go out to eat and bring

home the remains, we have never had a problem with re-heating tofu.

 

Just as long as the tofu dish doesn't stay warm enough to

encourage bacterial growth , I can't understand why there would be any

problems.
