While searching online, I found a recipe using cake flour that's supposed to make very light, airy pizzelles. Anxious to try it. Guest guest
I have 2 of them. One makes 2 large pizelles and the other makes 4 small ones. I have the wooden cone to wrap them around into a cone shape when they come off the iron. You can use them for an ice cream cone or you can press them into a custard cup and shape so you can use them as a fruit bowl. I use a plain batter and add cardamom or I will add anise the traditional Italian way. I also use a rosette iron and make rosettes. THey are Scandinavian, here's a link to the iron. http://www.sugarcraft.com/catalog/cooky/rosette.htm Donna --- TendrMoon wrote: > Does anyone make these?
