Guest guest
I haven't gotten spaghetti squash to work well for me but have a friend who swears it is her favorite thing to eat. The next time she comes up for a visit, I'm going to get it and see how she prepares it. I know that she uses it like pasta. Then I cut in half, scoop the seeds out and shred with a fork. Sometimes I use red pasta sauce and sometimes I use olive oil and parm. cheese. in Northern Illinois ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
It is simple!!! Just put a knife through the squash a few times to let the steam out and bake it. Take it out, cut in half, discard the seeds, take a fork and run it down the squash, and it will just turn into vegetable pasta before your very eyes!!!
