Guest guest
-Thanks Donna, I checked the site , clicked onto my state on the map and Celtic Sea Salt is available at my local Vitamin Cottage Natural Foods Market. I am a salt lover . I love the flavor balance of sugar and salt together. No problems with hyper-tension, high blood pressure or high cholesterol here. But I try not to 'over-do' anything. Guest guest
Now make sure you don't mistake sea salt for Celtic sea salt. There is a BIG difference, you will see what I mean once you use the Celtic. Enjoy, I'm a lover of salt too. I out it on everything, even my fruit. MY BP is so low I can get away with it, I know this isn't the case with others. Actually if you use Celtic you will use far less salt than regular table salt. Guest guest
Candie, I am not familiar with any salt except Sea Salt which at this time is the only one I use. Regular table salt has a metalic taste compared to Sea Salt. The only other salt I use is pickling salt when I can/pickle cukes to make pickles. Donna is suggesting that I try Celtic Sea Salt which I plan to do. Guest guest
-Tori-Ann, I never use MSG..So many people have allergies to it some extreme. Most restaurants now state on their menus that they do not use it. There are so many flavorful spices and herbs there is really no need for MSG..I am also looking forward to trying my powdered white pepper and Celtic Sea Salt.
