Guest guest Posted July 9, 2007 Report Share Posted July 9, 2007 I use sea salt all the time.....my mom said something to me about the iodide not in it...I told her, I would assume my family gets enough of that when we eat out and eat anything processed? do you think so, if not, how do we get the iodide and what do we need it for?
