Guest guest
We had some roasted zucchini and onion left from dinner, just a few chunks of each. Also had half a block (4 oz) cream cheese and some garlic salt. Minced the onion and added it to the cream cheese with a little garlic salt and let sit for about an hour in the fridge. Sliced up the zucchini so it would fit in the sammies better. Toasted some Milton's multi grain bread, spread on the cream cheese/onion and added the zucchini. Delish This might even work for panini.
