Guest guest
You wash the leaves and put them in salad! I don't like cooked greens (so far), but it turns out I do like these and Swiss chard raw in salads. Just go gently - that mustard flavor can be strong. Oh, also interesting raw on sandwiches, with the same caveat. -ginger north of Boston watching my lettuces try to take over the world
Guest guest
Ginger, This was just what I was looking for..Someone who likes raw greens..This is my first time growing Mustard so was not sure about how it tasted raw. I really like the idea of putting it on a sandwich. I will pick mine when it is young and not so sharp. Guest guest
We love raw greens too! If it's green and edible... you will find it in our salad! We love the flavor Mustard Greens gives us and we mostly eat them raw! Rarely do we cook them! We like the flavor with lettuce greens, a little miner's lettuce and some red onion! Yumarama! Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Loving life, living art... www.michaelsfineartstudio.com Food fight?
