Seasoning Cast Iron

I rub them with a coating of Crisco and place in the

oven on low for a couple of hours. I do this a few

times and then they are ready. Don't clean with with

soaps and scouring pads. The more you use them the

better that are. Look in the link or file area, I

think we might have instructions posted.

helo

warm it over a flame

use banana leaf and rub on the surface

just u will use it over the iron to

make it smooth and shiny
