OT Vegan diet being promoted...

I was amazed today. I saw a front page article that promoted a vegan

diet for diabetics. It was on the front page, I wouldnt have been so

surprised if it were hidden somewhere on some obscure page deep within

the paper but on the front, its so exciting. I have been aware for a

long time that a vegan diet is good for most things that ail you.

Anyway I thought this was awesome and thought you all would be

interested to know it too.

That's great, Cherie! The word is getting out...

Science has shown this to be the case and the information is trickling

out there. Dr Barnard has written a book about this (called something

like Dr Barnard's Plan for Reversing Diabetes) and Dr Fuhrman has

written his book, Eat to Live, for diabetics as well as folks with

other " illnesses of affluence " .

That's the plan I'm following and I've reversed my diabetes numbers to

normal, without medications.
