I was late last night picking up dog food and more donation items for the 82

abused dogs they found in Riverside. I have to get off work cook for my Mom and

get more items from people. How do I fit all these things into a day? Lol. I

love being a hyper insomniac, life can't catch me.

location and gardens

good morning everyone,

i'm near Pittsburgh PA, it's a beautiful day today. i have already been

out in the garden watering the plants and checking on them. nothing ripens in

the garden unless i know about it. the plants try to surprised me but i'm

out there daily. if i have an afternoon or evening free i have even been known

to sit out there with my knitting.

my few friends that visit also enjoy sitting among the blossoms and veges.

it is a good thing to have this year.

hope all is well . . .

OH my........... what a blessing you are to those taking care of those 82

abused dogs.... to have brought them donated food. What a big heart you

have. Did you organize this dog food drive? I hope they can find homes for

all the dogs and that their abuse didn't mess them up mentally where they

are unsafe for others to adopt them. It is hard to imagine how folks could

abuse animals isn't it.

We have our dogs # 2,3 and 4 now adopted from a shelter, I will never

have a puppy just breed for me, will definitely always have rescues.

There is a risk that they have some problems from former abuse but

mostly they are just happy to be save now. I am a dogtrainer, too, who

helps people having problems with their dogs.

Rescues are the best!!! I have 2 Pugs, 1 Pug Mix, 1 Peke, 1 Pom, and my

little black Pug/Peke boy who looks pure Pug, but is smaller, squeals like a

pig being taken to slaughter until I get in the door every time I come back

from somewhere. All rescues. All spoiled brats. Love their vegetables and

fruits, but they do also get their meat!!!

Of course they are the best, Sam. Thanks for saying that. These are the

unwanted, and they become extra close to the person who saved them from bad

conditions. They know!!!

I have to agree. We have two dogs and two cats and all are rescues.

They are so wonderful even after the trauma we know they went thru.

There is always so much love going around.
