Guest guest
That soup is on page 62 and it calls or an optional serrano chile pepper. It's the 4th ingredient. now why would the recipes be different? That is odd. Looking at thwe ingredients it looks like a good soup. Butternut squash is slightly sweet but tastes wonderful roast with spices. I'm more thyan happy to photo copy this recipe and mail to you or try and get it posted. Guest guest
Just ignore me and talk amongst yourselves, LOL, I am obviously losing the plot. When I see " pepper " I think of either white or black pepper or else bell pepper and I forgot that you use the word pepper for chillies. I made the soup with the chilli in it as per the recipe so I don't know what went wrong - perhaps it's just not to my taste. I felt it could have done woth some coriander and maybe cumin. I have another recipe for orange and chipotle-kissed butternut squash bisque which I shall try next.
