Just knowing it was written by Linda is worth over $2.50. I have never found the book on sale yet. I bought 'The Greens Cook Book, The Inspired Vegetarian and The Cooks encyclodedia of Vegetarian Cooking. A local book store must have donated these books as 3 of them have never been opened. Paid $2 ea. for these three. I am so excited to open these up and look at the photos and recipes. Doin' the happy dance over here.
