That is about it. I love canned corn when I can't buy fresh and canned beets are good too when I don't have time to steam fresh ones. I often eat canned beans, they are very handy to take to work and I can toss them in a salad. Now the canned peas, potatoes and spinach .......(:-( Yikes!
