frozen veggies: peas and spinach

I love to thaw peas and just eat them or make mock

guacamole with them. The frozen spinach I stir into

rice just as the rice cooker turns off. I use both of

thse quite often.

You mention a rice cooker, any particular brand? I've been looking at them but

never had one :}

Do they make a stove-top model, or wouldn't that work? I suppose it would be

like a double boiler set-up.
