Absolutely! Sitting here eating pizzelles as I type. Just made them

Saturday night and they are the best! I found a recipe that calls for cake

flour

as opposed to regular flour and I notice a big difference...very light, thin

and crispy. They melt in your mouth.

If you want a perfect waffle cone or ice cream cup you

need to get a pizzelle iron, this is how they look. I

have 2 of them One make 4 small and one makes 2 large

and when you take them off the iron you gently fold

them around a wooden cone to get the shape.

You can leave them flat and sprinkle with powdered

sugar and cardamom and cinnamon.

I'll try to post soon. The problem is I have not

found a pizzelle recipe that works in the waffle iron.

There is way to much depth in the waffle compared to

the pizzelle, they are not the same thing at all. You

really do need one more good gadget. look at me I

have 2. LOL

Boy I had forgotten that I bought a waffle bowl maker at Wal-mart last year. I

need to go see where I tucked that away at in my garage and make some. I

haven't even used it yet. Yikes...a kitchen appliance not being used is so

unlike me. LOL
