Disguises for Quinoa?? Cyndy

Have you tried tossing it into soup? Do it. Make a

vegetable soup with lots of ingredients like small

pasta or even rice and toss the quinoa in.

I can say there is no real substitute for quinoa, it

has it's own texture and flavor. Did you toast it in

the dry hot skillet first? It will take on a nutty

flavor and your daughter and husband might like it

better.

rinse it to for about 5 minutes before toasting it.

keep it in mind. And, no, I didn't toast it first. I'll try that too.
