Guest guest
Have you tried tossing it into soup? Do it. Make a vegetable soup with lots of ingredients like small pasta or even rice and toss the quinoa in. I can say there is no real substitute for quinoa, it has it's own texture and flavor. Did you toast it in the dry hot skillet first? It will take on a nutty flavor and your daughter and husband might like it better. Guest guest
Thanks for the excellent ideas, Donna. Bit hot for soup yet. But I will keep it in mind. And, no, I didn't toast it first. I'll try that too. Cyndy
