LOL, I got tickled when I read the description, " a poultryless poultry

potpourri " , Donna. Boy, now THAT's alliteration, isn't it? ha ha.

That company and catalog are located in Summerville, TN and that is right

down the road from my grandparents' old home; I think it is so neat that

" the hippies " are still doin' well and kickin' and helpin' the

vegetarian/vegan world so much. :>)

I'll have to order that cookbook myself and tell my new vegan friend about

it. Thanks!

Hugs,

Bron

This is one fantastic cookbook Quick-Fix Vegetarian by Robin Robertson. Meals in

30 mins or less. I will try to get a recipe posted soon. Her crockpot cookbook

is great too. The book is vegan and you won't miss the cheese at all.

Gelles - 1992 - is a wonderful vegetarian cookbook that our Donna shared with

me. There are lots of easy to prepare delicious recipes in it. There are

many place you can find on the internet to purchase it. It would be a great

addition to your cookbook library.
