Guest guest
Hello: I am asking for Tofu recipes. My brother-in-law had Thyroid Cancer, and every year now has to go for testing. He has to be on a salt-free diet, therefore most foods are out for him. Now, he wants Tofu recipes, found by me on the internet. I thought of you folks. Everything I look up that has tofu in it, also has a product that has salt. Can anyone help me? ejepson
Guest guest
Hi Evelyn, I don't eat tofu myself, but there has been some conversation in the group about soy products being bad for people on Thyroid medication because it causes it ti be less effective. Since I don't have thyroid problems or eat tofu, I did not pay a lot of attention to the discussion, but did tell my daughter who has thyroid problems and her doctor told her not to eat it. Maybe that was just for soy milk, and not for tofu. Katie Evelyn Jepson <ejepson wrote: Hello: I am asking for Tofu recipes.
