I don't have room to freeze any. I only have a small freezer and the room I have I'm freezing tomatoes and green beans from my garden. I can't afford to get a bigger one yet....but I will. thanks Bev , " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k wrote: > > If you do not make your own veggie broth from the posted recipes your > local health food market carries 6-8 different brands/types of veggie > cubes, broth, and powder. Guest guest
You betcha,, I just do it the easy way.. for my chilli and vegtable soup in the winter. All I do is take the skins off by putting the tomatoes in boiling water for just a couple minutes then take then out and right into some ice water and the skins just fall right off. then for my chilli, I put some tomatoes in the blender just push the pulse down 1 second then 1 more second and into a freezer bag they go and into the freezer.. for my veggie soup , I do the same with taking the skins off , then I chopped then into the size I want them in my veggie soup then into the freezers bag & into the freezer.. they turn out great.. in the winter when I'm getting ready to use then I either let them thawl out or just put then in frozen..
