I was told vegetarian's consume them because of the omega3, and 6 essential fatty acids and that they are a complete protein with 11grams of protein in one serving [4-5TBLS ]. THey taste great! I've mostly eaten time sprinkled over yogurt with and without fruit. If anyone know of a wholesale place to purchase them, I'd be very greatful. Online sites seem to be pretty pricey. Thanks. Guest guest
I buy them on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_gnr_aps/002-3440290-1728011?ie=UTF8 & search-alias=\ aps & keywords=hemp%20seed I buy the 3 pack of 10oz. packages of Nutiva. It is a lot cheaper than the health food store, which are $9.99/ bag. Here I get 3 packages for $18.99 and there is free shipping and no sales tax, if you order something else on Amazon and get your order to at least $25. That isn't hard to do at all and then you get these right to your door in less than a week. I freeze the 2 bags that I haven't opened and keep the opened on in the refrigerator so they won't go rancid.
