They sprayed the clouds with some chemical so it would not rain on

him. Maybe it was harmless but I am not so sure that we need to

interfere like this.

i would guess the russians are prolly cloud seeding....spraying silver iodine or some sort of salt into clouds ahead of st petersburg so they'll drop any rain they have

cloud seeding is quite widespread worldwide Mary Minihane May 9, 2005 7:35 AM Bush in Moscow They sprayed the clouds with some chemical so it would not rain on him. Maybe it was harmless but I am not so sure that we need to interfere like this.To send an email to -

I guess I am just bitching because he is not my favourite person and I

would love to see it rain on him. This is not another anti US thing.

Just him. I like the rest of you a lot

Hi Mary

I don't think it is necessary either - he wouldn't shrink if he got wet,

would he?

Hang on - be fair. Surely you don't like Dick Cheney or Donald Rumsfeld :-)

And that's *definitely* a good reason to keep him dry! Unfortunately, it

looks like someone has already fed him after midnight :-(

Me too. I love watching storms and collecting rainwater for various

things.

But mostly I like to see how my garden perks up after a good summer

rain.

It's so funny that you used the term melt. When I originally read this

post I was thinking the Wizard of Oz myself.
