Guest guest
I have been experiencing severe caffeine withdrawal. Feel weak, hungry etc., However, feel great soon after I have a cup of tea. I have been limiting myself to 3 cups a week now. Two weeks before I had none. Now feeling the need for more caffeine. Vijay
Guest guest
After three days you should be okay as far as caffeine is concerned. Maybe it's more in the mind - maybe you feel you are depriving yourself! Try decaffeinated coffee and rooibos tea. Guest guest
hang in there. it is normal, what you are experiencing, slow elimination is better than cold turkey, in my opinion. Think of it as a chance to have less appliance in your kitchen counter (if you have a coffemaker) and live a more simple life. I know someone, who drinks a lot of coffee a day (she freaks out at her job if the coffee hasn't been made) and she has developed a " coffee personality " what i mean is that she talks real fast, and does everything with little patience, I prefer the old her. Part of my childhood was spent in the dominican republic and we had coffee growing in our back yard and an old fashion grinder from the 1800s' so heavy that you could kill someone with it. They fed me cups of coffee every morning when I was three years old. as well as 'coffee time' every afternoon at 3 o clock. I drank so much, that now I don't really like it. , " rvijay " <rvijay07@m...> wrote: > I have been experiencing severe caffeine withdrawal. Guest guest
Hardly no coke at all for me for several YEARS. I had 7 cans of various beverage in the span of a week like two months ago. Other than that I have even lost my appetite for it. I just drink water or warm water. Before I used to drink juice, now even that is changing, I prefer to eat raw fruit against drinking fruit juice.
