I've been drinking lemonade with frozen berries for ice cubes

(it's really good!)......only getting a coke when I forget to bring

my cup to work now, but they are starting to taste " off " now that

I " m not drinking 2 everyday, and am drinking juice mostly and water

some. ...still miss the caffience some days... anyone know of

any " teas " that don't taste like " tea " ?

I've been eating an apple or a banana with breakfast every

morning.... so am kinda apple'd out at the moment, but thanks for

all the suggestions... I microwave a cored apple with a 1/4 of water

and a packet of unflavored oatmeal, grits, or equal amound of malt-o-

meal.... add cinnamon and a little syrup or honey when it's done.

I don't eat the peelings on " red " apples, it always seems " waxy " -

more so than green or lighter colored apples, but I didn't now if it

really was or if it was just me.

Hi Lauren

Rooibos tea (Redbush) is tea that tastes different, and has no caffeine.

There is also green tea.
