Guest guest Posted June 6, 2005 Report Share Posted June 6, 2005 HI Vijay You are probably not getting enough to eat. You did mention previously that you were not eating even 1000 calories. You will need something like 2000 calories a day to stay healthy, unless you are particularly sedentary. I don't know much about a raw food diet except that you need plenty of nuts and seeds as well as fruit and vegetables. The nuts and seeds would give you the extra calories you need, and the fat etc. to help you feel full. This I read is due to the drop in blood sugar level and is dangerous. We have only one body and must not experiment too much with it, too fast. Over here it is recommended for women (who need fewer calories than men on average) to eat 1500 to lose weight. I think you should eat more.
