I'm a bit astonished by what I just heard on the news... on the article on the summer solstice, they actually stated that "for Pagans the summer solstice marks the re-birth of the sun". So, which "researcher" typed in "solstice" on google, and forgot to check which solstice they were looking at? I can't help wondering what sort of uproar there would be if they stated that "for Christians, Christmas marks the death of Jesus"???

OMG! Do you remember what programme it was on? What an idiot.

It was quite jolly at work today as there are three Pagans on my floor - lots of Solstice chat.

Now, Peter, remember the source. Journalists aren't required to have a cat scan to see if they have a brain!
